Refund Policy

Talos Hosting honors a 30-day refund policy.

Last updated: June 30, 2026.

This Refund Policy summarizes the terms outlined in our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service govern. Talos Hosting may update this policy at any time, with or without notice. The most current version is always available at https://taloshosting.com/refund-policy.

30-Day Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests outside this window will not be considered.

How to Request

Email support@taloshosting.com or open a ticket from your customer dashboard with your order details and the reason for the request.

Review Process

All refund requests undergo review based on delivery circumstances. Transaction records — including volumes, refunds, and chargebacks — are maintained securely and available to Stripe or authorities.

Forfeiture for Breach

Customers who breach our Terms of Service are not entitled to any refund, and any pending or outstanding refund request is forfeited upon such breach.

Effect of a Full Refund

Full refunds — customer-initiated, provider-initiated, or marketplace-initiated — constitute final settlement and immediate contract termination, releasing Talos Hosting from infrastructure, support, and data retention obligations.

Data After Refund

Post-termination data faces immediate decommissioning. Though limited grace periods may be provided for backup retrieval, users must maintain off-site backups. Talos Hosting assumes no liability for refund-related data loss.

Finality

Completed refunds represent total fulfillment of non-performance or dissatisfaction claims. No service reinstatement occurs after refund reversal.
